Information accuracy
International Dog Rescue is completely run by volunteers and whilst we do our best to ensure that the information on our site and shop is accurate and up to date, information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
Product information including the prices and availability of products displayed on this site may change at any time without notice.
Whilst every attempt has been made to provide accurate descriptions and pictures of our products, the colour you see may be impacted by the computer system you use, and International Dog Rescue cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the colour of a product.

Terms of sale
By placing an order on this site, you agree that you are aged 16 or older and that the information you provide on this site is accurate to your knowledge.
In the event that a product cannot be supplied we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation and a refund will be issued unless otherwise requested.
International Dog Rescue holds the right to accept, modify, or refuse orders but will ensure to inform customers of any changes made to their order after it has been placed.

Payment Terms
By placing an order you agree to pay the amount specified on the invoice in full.

All items will be dispatched within 14 days.
If you require international shipping then please email us at [email protected] before placing an order with the details of the items you are wanting to buy and where you are located. We will then send you a quote for the international delivery cost.


Refund Policy

Customers can return items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sold.
Items which can spoil such as food and hygiene items must not be opened, and items of pet clothing must be free of dirt and pet hair.
There are a few items which cannot be returned. These include but are not limited to earrings, underwear, bedding, swimwear, and personalised products.
Customers wishing to return an item must first contact us at [email protected] to let us know you are returning the item and please note that customers are responsible for paying for return postage.
Most of our items are donated to us by our supporters and as such we are not able to offer exchanges or replacements on most items. If you wish to return an item which is able to be exchanged, we will offer you this option when you contact us to let us know that you wish to return your item.
